The eastern side of the square is enclosed municipal (Rector`s) Palace, which is being built in the XIII. century on the site of St. Stephen. However, the present building dates from XIX. century as faksimilski restored status quo. The ground floor windows of the Renaissance forms from the XV. century patters and probably it was designed by Nicholas of Florence, the facade has the characteristics of Mannerism style of the late XVI century and is recognized as the idea Trifuna Bokanića.
